In reality the Izzy will likely go-its a stopgap that’s lasted about five years too long and it’s too big.If this is the first time you have used PayPal Credit, you will be asked to complete a short application form to apply for PayPal credit. User safety is maximised by the soft start system, and the electric brake which stops the blade rotating as soon as the trigger is released. I'm not sure exactly why - it bogs down and clogs up, failing to eject the grass into the bag properly. With 100 years' experience, our products are lauded the world over for both their performance and quality.

As well as this, the tool features a 50L grass cuttings box that is easy to engage and disengage from the tool, and has a built-in grass level indicator to state to the user when the box is at max capacity. The Makita 191D46-6 mulching quickly and easily converts the Makita DLM382 and DLM432 mowers into mulching mowers by blocking the exit channel allowing the clippings to be cut into smaller pieces and deposited back into the lawn to compost and feed the grass. html *Excludes the following - Batteries, Chargers, Accessories, Petrol Products, Production Tools/Air Tools, Gas Nailers, Compressors and non CE marked tools. Premium grade steel is used to produce armature shafts and gears, and only steel of the highest grade is used, whilst high grade magnetic copper wire goes into each and every one of our tools to ensure superior current flow whilst withstanding extreme temperatures.Features includes soft start, electric brake, single lever cutting height adjustment and metal 2 tooth blade. We use bubble wrap or other suitable packaging materials and then put your items in relevant-sized boxes.

The metal is weak enough that you can simply grab hold of it and bend it back - I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad one! Whether it slows due to lack of torque and consequently doesn't generate the air-flow to push the grass back into the bag, or it can't lift the heavier long/wet grass into the bag and hence it clogs up and slows due to the obstruction I don't know (if that makes sense).Due to my petrol mowers engine dieing my front lawn was well over grown but this makita mower managed to do the job great. It easily manages its 400 square meters at a grass height of about 10 cm, which it owes to its powerful 5 Ah batteries. I got about 45 mins cutting time which was enough for the medium sized lawn first cut set at its highest depth.

I have a lawn tractor for the big garden but I'm keeping a heavy Honda Izzy with a roller for the small garden which seems a bit excessive (it's about 16m x 7m), plus I often have to load it into the truck to look after some other sites. My mate has an ergopower 56v thing, that is certainly more powerful, if I were getting just garden tools and wasn't already invested in a system, i'd probably get that (the leaf blower is worse than the makita 36v one, but the chainsaw is a little better than the makita 36v). Our lawn is pretty tiny (maybe 200 square meters) and if it's not trying to take too much off it'll do it on one charge with our much abused 10 year-old 3Ah batteries (which are probably more like 2Ah these days! Some manufacturers will offer a direct repair or replacement service (as applicable) which will often resolve your problem more quickly. Makita manufactures its tools in plants across the globe, from its headquarters in Japan to here, in the UK.
